Toll Like Receptor 7
TLR7 is abundantly expressed in lung, placenta, spleen and BPL [1]. It is phylogenetically close to TLR8 and TLR9 and has a higher molecular weight when compared with hTLR1-6, largely as a result of a longer ectodomain [2]. TLR7 recognizes single stranded RNAs and small synthetic molecules such as imidazoquinolines and nucleoside analogs [3].

Resuspended DNA should be stored at -20 ̊C and is stable up to 1 year.
pUNO1 plamids:

- 2 x 1 ml blasticidin at 10 mg/ml
Blasticidin is a harmful compound. Refer to safety data sheet for handling instructions.
Store blasticidin at 4°C or -20°C for up to two years. Product is stable 2 weeks at 37°C.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

- 20 µg of lyophilized DNA
- 1 ml Hygromycin B Gold (hygromycin) at 100 mg/ml
Hygromycin B is a hazardous compound. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
