Labeled PRR ligands are useful tools for detection, quantification and better understanding of PRR activation in cells. InvivoGen provides a selection of TLR and RIG-I agonists labeled with biotin, FITC, fluorescein or rhodamine. Biotin can be used for binding assays, while fluorescent labels, such as FITC, fluorescein and rhodamine, can be used for imaging.
