Fc-fusion SEAP expression plasmid - Mouse IgG3

pFUSE-SEAP-mG3-Fc allows the production of a SEAP-Fc fusion protein with the Fc region of the murine IgG3.

This plasmid can be used to make recombinant SEAP-Fc fusion proteins or used as a transfection control in experiments with other pFUSE-Fc constructs.

Quantification of SEAP-Fc expression can be determined using QUANTI-Blue™.
