ABOUT
Fc-fusion SEAP expression plasmid - Mouse IgG2a
pFUSE-SEAP-mG2A-Fc allows the production of a SEAP-Fc fusion protein with the Fc region of the murine IgG2a.
This plasmid can be used to make recombinant SEAP-Fc fusion proteins or used as a transfection control in experiments with other pFUSE-Fc constructs.
Quantification of SEAP-Fc expression can be determined using QUANTI-Blue™.

Specifications
Plasmid construct has been confirmed by restriction analysis and sequencing. Plasmid DNA was purified by ion exchange chromatography and lyophilized. Expression of SEAP-mG2aFc was confirmed by using QUANTI-Blue™ Solution. SEAP-mG2aFc protein was purified using protein G affinity chromatography following manufacturer’s protocol.
