Monoclonal rat IgG1 control antibody against E. coli β-galactosidase

Rat IgG1 Control is a monoclonal rat antibody specific for E. coli β-galactosidase (β-Gal), an antigen that is not present in humans, rats, or mice.

This antibody was obtained from a rat immunized with DNA encoding β-Gal and produced in hybridoma cells. 

This monoclonal antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
