ABOUT

pSELECT HA-Tag is a family of expression plasmids designed to generate tagged proteins in mammalian cells with the human influenza hemagglutinin (HA) epitope in order to detect the tagged protein by immunocytochemistry, immunoprecipitation or Western blotting and to purify the tagged protein by affinity chromatography. pSELECT HA-Tag plasmids allow to add the tag either at the N or C terminus of the protein of interest. pSELECT HA-Tag plasmids are available with Blasticidin or Zeocin resistance gene for selection.
