NF-κB-SEAP parental cell line

HEK-Blue™ Null2-k cells express the SEAP reporter gene under the control of the IL-12 p40 minimal promoter fused to five NF-κB and AP-1 binding sites.

HEK-Blue™ Null2-k is the parental cell line of HEK-Blue™-mTLR7.
