Antibodies against human and murine IFN-λs

InvivoGen offers mouse monoclonal antibodies targeting the three major IFN-λ isoforms, IFN- λ1 (IL-29), IFN- λ2 (IL-28a), and IFN- λ3 (IL-28b).

They have been selected for their ability to efficiently neutralize the biological activity of IFN- λs.

These antibodies are produced in hybridomas and purified by affinity chromatography.

Their neutralizing activity is validated using the HEK-Blue™ IFN-α/β cell line, which detects type I and type III IFNs.
