NF-κB-SEAP parental cell line

HEK-Blue™ Null1 cells express the SEAP reporter gene under the control of the IFN-β minimal promoter fused to five NF-κB and AP-1 binding sites.

HEK-Blue™ Null1 is the parental cell line of several HEK-Blue™ TLR and HEK-Blue™ NOD cells:
