TLR-Related Genes, HA-tagged

Toll-Like Receptor (TLR) related HA-tagged genes contain at their 3‘ end the influenza hemaglutinine (HA) tag. This tag allows for efficient and specific detection of the genes by Western blot using an anti-HAtag antibody. HA-tagged genes are provided in the pUNO1-HA plasmid. They are selectable with blasticidin in both E. coli and mammalian cells.
