TLR Genes, HA-tagged
Convenient and Efficient Detection of TLRs
HA-tagged genes contain at their 3‘ end the influenza hemaglutinine (HA) tag.
This short sequence (YPYDVPDYA) encodes a peptide which is the epitope of a very efficient and specific monoclonal antibody.
This tag allows for efficient and specific detection of the Toll-Like Receptor (TLR) genes by Western blot using an anti-HA tag antibody.
HA-tagged genes are provided in the pUNO1-HA plasmid.
They are selectable with blasticidin in both E. coli and mammalian cells.
