Dual Reporter

InvivoGen provides a collection of dual reporter plasmids, that do not require cell lysis.

This plasmids are developped for in vivo or in vitro use and are designed of easy cloning.

Several commonly used reporter proteins are available:

• GFP (green fluorescent protein) and LacZ (β-galactosidase)
• GFP (green fluorescent protein) and SEAP (secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase)
• Secreted luciferase (Lucia) and SEAP(secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase)
